First, your vehicle is washed. This allows us to clearly see even the smallest hail dents using our lights made specifically for Auto Hail Damage Repair. We then give you and your insurance company a copy of the estimate. We are approved by all the major insurance company’s and have been dealing with them for many years. We will quickly get your estimate approved and reserve a rental car for you to use while we have your vehicle.

If you already have an estimate we will gladly work with your insurance company to make sure their estimate is accurate. You are never responsible for any additional damage we find.

Repairs Begin

We primarily use Paintless Dent Repair (PDR) to remove the hail damage from your vehicle.   This is an innovative process that involves the use of specialized tools and our highly trained and experienced technicians.  The hail dents are removed by carefully applying pressure to the backside of the dent and restoring the panel to it’s original shape .  If there is no access to the backside of the dent, a bonding tab may attached to the top of the dent gently “pulling” it out.  Either way, the dents are completely removed without damaging the vehicles finish. Please see our video’s. It is also necessary to replace any moldings and Trim on your vehicle that have been damaged by hail.

Paintless dent repair does have its limitations

Some vehicles have severe hail damage.  Depending on the size and number of dents, it may be better to replace and refinish the hood and possibly other panels on your vehicle to achieve the best possible repair.  We have developed several advanced techniques that has made the quality of our repairs way above the standard in the industry.

Final Inspection and detail

Once repairs are complete, your car gets washed, vacuumed and a final inspection. We carefully go over each panel to make sure  we haven’t missed anything and now your car is ready for pickup.
