Paintless dent repair (PDR), also known as paintless dent removal, describes a method of removing minor dents from the body of a motor vehicle using specially designed tools and lights by highly trained technicians to gently push or pull the dent out without damaging the vehicles original finish.
This technique is perfectly suited for light to medium hail damage, door dings, and smaller dents that have not scratched the finish. Paintless dent repair does have it’s limitations and may not be a suitable technique on severely hail damaged vehicles. See Auto Hail Repair Process.
For light to medium hail damage, Paintless Dent repair is by far the best repair technique. Here are a few reasons why.
Your welcome to call or stop by Superior Hail Repair, LLC anytime for a quick inspection and estimate. If your insurance company has already given you an estimate, call us and we will go over the estimate with you and help simplify the hail repair process. If your vehicle also has a door ding or small dent, be sure to mention it to us when you drop your vehicle off, as we usually will fix many of these during the hail repair process at no extra charge.
Severely hail damaged vehicles may have so many hail dents or the dents may be so large, that Paintless Dent Repair alone will not produce a quality repair. Repairing severe hail damage somtimes requires replacing and refinishing the hood and possibly other panels on your vehicle. On many hail damaged vehicles, we use both Paintless Dent Repair and Panel Replacement.
Regardless of technique, Superior Hail Repair, LLC has proven that we insist on the highest quality repair standard anywhere. We warranty all of our work for as long as you own your vehicle and we continue to develop new advanced techniques to improve efficiency and quality during the entire process of Auto Hail Damage Repair.
